For three weeks beginning on July 22nd, artist Sjim Hendrix will transform W139 into a complete dining experience with a menu designed according to the principles of Brillat Savarin, the French lawyer and politician, but above all, gastronome.

Everything is on the menu—from the wine to the game—is local and seasonal and foraged from surrounding farms.
