Sourcing fresh market greens and meats daily, chef Sander Louwerens takes the term “carte blanche” and runs with it in this rustic and very chilled-out eatery.
With leg of lamb, skate wing infused with spicy coriander mixes and brandade made with halibut as opposed to cod featured on the menu, Lof has a loyal following—and it’s no wonder its name is Dutch for “praise.” The waiters are fully aware of this, as they cheerfully regale you about a day’s fare and convince you into trying a snip of wine—or three.
